Tuloma bridge frames heavy-lifting

The STS hydraulic strand lifting system was used to lift 5 900-1300 tonnes steel railway bridge span frames. Weather conditions are tough in Murmansk, especially during the winter period. However, STS automated control allowed to perform such a difficult work without support of construction surveying at night. STS has several levels of control of weight positioning that re-check each other during operation, allowing to work the safest way.
