NPP Akkuyu
Akkuyu NPP is Turkey’s first nuclear power plant and a unique project worldwide, implemented under the BOO model (“Build – Own – Operate”). The plant is being constructed on the southern coast of Turkey in Mersin Province and will include four power units with modern VVER-1200 reactors, with a total capacity of 4,800 MW.
